1 small can of sliced olives
1/2 cucumber chopped - a little bigger than the diced items
4 roma tomatoes diced
1/4 lb jicama cubed
1/2 green pepper diced
1/2 box of shaped pasta - bowtie, spirals, etc.... (need Gluten Free? Use Tinkyada pasta!)
1/4 c mayo (Vegan? Use Veganasie - sold in the refrigerated section of your local health food store)1/4 c your fav italian dressing - I don't like the wishbone brand though....
1 Tbs salad supreme
cook pasta - run under cold water & put in a large bowl
add all of the veggies
in a separate small bowl, combine last 3 ingred. until well mixed
combine the sauce & the pasta/veg mixture....
refrigerate for a min of 2 hours.
