Egg Salad


Quick tip on how to not have all of the fat in Egg salad:

People do egg salad so many different ways - but take your favorite recipe & cut the may by 1/4-1/2 (just depending) & use that amount in applesauce. I use 1/2 of the mayo & 1/2 of applesauce & then I double the mustard - it seems like a lot of mustard - but it usually turns out just right.
