Gingerbread House Icing (the Best!)


3 Tbs meringue powder
1/2 tps. cream of tarter
6 tbs warm water

beat until blended

Add 2 c. powder sugar

beat on low speed until blended.
beat on high speed 4-5 min or until stiff peaks form
