Brady Potatoes
2 cups sour cream
24 oz bag of frozen hashbrowns
1 can of cream of chicken (Gluten Free option: 1 box Pacific cream of chicken soup)
1 can of cheese soup
1 cup grated cheese
(when you double, which we usually do for big fam gatherings, it's 2 cans cream of chicken, one can cream of celery, & one can of cheese soup)
mix in a bowl & put in a 9x13 pan
top w/ 2 c. of crushed cornflakes & 1 c. of shredded cheese
