Grandma's Chicken Noodle Soup

1 egg for every 2 people
2/3 cup flour for every egg

Make a mountain with the flour, then rotating 2 fingers in the peak of the mountain, make a crater in the top. Break the eggs into the crater. With a fork, gently blend in the flour until it's all incorporated into a dough. Knead the dough, then roll it out to about 1/8" thick. Cut the noodles - you don't have to have a special tool, you can just use a knife. Spread the noodles out to dry.

You can drop the noodles into simmering broth to make Grandma Brady noodles - don't forget to add chopped up chicken. And, it's very Brady to eat this soup over mashed potatoes.
