GF Pancakes


1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Xanthan gum
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbs honey
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
3 Tbs butter, melted

in seperate bowls, mix wet & dry ingrediants - then mix together....you know the rest! These are pretty yummy for being gluten free!
