Super Salad


In a BIG bowl:
1/2 head of iceberg - chopped, torn, however you like...
1/2 bag of romaine hearts

all the following needs to be chopped (small pieces) & added to the bowl:
5 green onion
4 celery stalks
1-2 carrots
1/2 pepper (the color is your choice)
1/2 cucumber - don't peal!
At least 5 radishes - don't peal!
1/2 lb jicama
cilantro (to taste - not very much - if you like parsley better, that's ok)

cube 3 cheese packets (like string cheese ones - but I like to get mozerella & cheddar)
Vegan? Use Almond cheese

Add:
5 chopped roma tomatoes
1 cubed avocado

sprinkle celery salt over avocados/ salad

quarter & squeeze 1 lime over avocado

Toss & serve!

The lime & salt act as (not only a preservative but) a dressing. There is no need to add dressing - although, I'm not a salad nazi - you may if you want....
